About the Event

Navigating Nature in Vermont

A Dharma Discovery Retreat with Coral & Kirsten

Friday, October 15th - Sunday, October 17th

Get off the grid with us in Fairlee, Vermont as we navigate the deepest aspects of our nature to recover our sense of purpose, or dharma. It has been said that the root cause of all suffering is forgetting our true nature. With this in mind, ancient yogis and philosophers turned to nature to do some of their deepset thinking and self-exploration.

Spend four days and three nights exploring yourself amidst this 300-acre family owned farm, cradled by acres of horse pastures, gardens, forests and ferns, walking and hiking trails, streams, and an historic 1790s saw mill.

From our forest dwelling we will have front row seats to witness Mother Nature’s autumnal fireworks display! We will enjoy daily yoga practices in the big red barn, a mindfully curated sunrise hike to the top of Bald Top mountain, dharma based inquiry, meditation, and exploration culminating in a living dharma statement. We will feast on freshly grilled pizza after steeping in a traditional wood-fired sauna in the heart of the Zen forest and cold plunging in the cool waters of the adjacent brook. You can expect some amazing star gazing opportunities; singing around a campfire; deep belly laughs; meandering philosophical conversations; delicious plant-based meals; deep self-exploration; and connection to nature, one another, and your Self.

Our intention is to inspire you and guide you toward exploring the deeper aspects of your nature. Self-inquiry practices will prompt us to:

  • Realize that which supports you, drives you, and drains you.
  • Recognize your self-limiting habits and ways in which you take false refuge.
  • Identify how core beliefs and limiting beliefs shape your perspective and life.
  • Learn how to visualize, catalyze, and manifest your reality.
  • Create a working dharma statement to implement into your daily living, relationships, and work.
